Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • A ₹150 reverse pickup & processing fee applies to all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  • Address changes are chargeable at ₹150.

Sale Items

  • Sale purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products purchased under BUY 2 GET 1 offers or promotions above 25% off are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Manufacturing Defects

Report defects within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned with original packaging.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
